We at air4site are aware that there may be circumstances in which you must immediately cancel your airline tickets. To make sure you are aware, we have included our cancellation and refund policy below. Because our website values your pleasure, if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, we'll refund your money without charging you a cancellation fee. However, the airline's regulations will apply if you decide to cancel your ticket more than 24 hours after purchase. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances sometimes lead to last-minute adjustments, in which case your reservation will be canceled and the full amount paid at the time of booking refunded. Although we would prefer to handle your refund, we would like to make it clear that there are some circumstances, such as the refund process, that may prevent us from doing so. We completely support your rights as a consumer regarding cancellation and return. We advise customers to check our transparency guidelines before making a reservation on air4site.

Cancellation

These are the requirements for cancellation of reservations placed on air4site.

  • If a reservation is canceled after 24 hours, there is no guarantee of reimbursement.
  • Only phone cancellations are accepted by us.
  • Mail-in cancellations are not accepted.
  • Based on airline restrictions, most reservations booked with us are non-refundable.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund after canceling your reservation; this is entirely dependent on the airline and hotel's refund procedures.
  • If there isn't an "absent" When a passenger fails to show up for their flight and fails to notify the airline of their absence, it's referred to as a no-show. A "no show" reservation often qualifies for no exceptions from the supplier about refund processing.

Refund

Regarding cancellations made on our website, we have improved our refund policy to better serve our customers. We cannot guarantee any returns; airline and hotel policies govern refunds.

  • Refunds are only available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation.
  • We only reimburse back to the original account used to make the reservation; we are unable to accept payment by another method or account.
  • Reimbursement to the original payment method is issued in ten to fifteen days, or roughly two weeks.
  • It can take the bank a few extra days to credit your account with the money.
  • It can occasionally, in rare circumstances, take 60 to 90 days (about three months) for the cash to appear in your bank account.
  • Only cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are eligible for a refund of the service fee.
